Frequently asked questions

Yes, research shows online therapy can be as effective as in-person therapy for many conditions including depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Effectiveness depends on the specific condition and individual needs. 


At minimum, you'll need a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone (smartphone, tablet, or computer). A private, quiet space is also essential. 


Sessions are private between you and me. The same requirements for client confidentiality that apply in person, apply online too. 


24 hour notice of cancellation is required, if appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, a cancelation fee may be applied.
